: Actually, it would throw a monkey wrench in it all. The
: Leveller of the Second Era DID rise in the east. That
: is irrefutable. Thus, if there is a W-E- pattern
: going, but the 4th Era came from the West (as it seems
: Moagim and the Krids did), then that would mean it
: goes W-E-W-W... and so on. So, unless you propose that
: instead of W-E- the pattern is W-E-W-, as in
: W-E-W-W-E-W-W-E-W (instead of W-E-W-E-W-E as I had
: proposed), then it all goes to hell.
Ah, but remember that in *my* dating system the Leveller whose body is destroyed in the nth Era is the (n-1)th Era. Moagim would have been the 3rd-Era Hero and Leveller, whose body was destroyed in the 4th. So it would make sense for him to come from the West; he immediately follows the 2nd-era Hero who rose in the East.
BTW, legend also tells of a deer rising in the East, who ate assorted shoots and ivy and leaves. Does this mean that the Cath Bruig region was forested before the Dark came through?
