Besides, there's lots of precedent for a warrior-type going out and learning magic skillz; Soulblighter did it - amazing what a 1000 year sabbatical can teach you - and The Watcher looks reasonably warrior-competent too(he has swords...). I'm also inclined to agree, upon further thought, that that pre-release information about the composition on the Fallen Lords shouldn't be taken as canon.....
