Just click "Restart Level from the Lose screen, it throws you back to the last save game.

Use the 'Hint' button to pause. You can move around when the hints are up, and it pauses your game.

: sprites. I've had units hide behind trees in all
: directions and had no ability to control them. Plus
: the game runs too slow on anything bigger than
: 640x480--on a TiBook!
