Actually Tyr and Scales did fall. If you look at the map Their represented by ruins.

Gower was abandonded, whether it was crushed or not no survivor in their right mind is going to hang around surrounded by the Dark. Presumably with the rebuilding of the Cath Bruig Empire it will be re-inhabitated. Though being fairly close to the Dark and fairly infertile its not certain.
