It's still a big question if the cycle was broken
Because just like in the wind age, the leveler died soon after it's start but in this case:
Soulblighter,shiver,the deciever (probably),the watcher
died. Balor is dead, the kyrds are maybe around but they can only breed and not summoned, Ghouls and mauls are maybe still around, even the fetches, BUT without good leadership they're worthless and with Alric ressurecting the cath bruig, I can't see how this age is dark. Only the 2 fallen lords we never heard of remain, and if they were bound to Balor than they lost their power when he did.
Still not saying the cycle is broken, after all hell did break loose but how can things go wrong now?
And if someone wants to ressuerct Balor he'll need to find a new head...
