BTW
I didn't think Gower actually survived as kingdom when I started this thread.
I just wondered why they dont really relate to that in the game.
But when comes to think of it, they barly ever mention stuff like the fall let's say Tyr, or scales which probably did fall.
What I guess is that the people in Gower are used to Guerilla warfare and stuff like that so after the great war there was let's say 5% or even 2% of them left which could still rebuild it.
Although it might have been ruined again during the war with Soulblighter, cause he just like to destroy things, but even than a very few of them probably survived
