Alright, who is Mjarin? I hear alot of talk about this guy being the head or having some connection to the Watcher and the Deceaver; but who in Gods name is he?

I don't have Myth 3, but I don't mind spoilers (so Archer does not jump on anyone who is kind enough to enlighten me.)

Also, are there any other citys besides Mirthemnie in the game? Thats another question that I've always wanted answered.
