Let's just look to it as being the ideal form of English speech and talk like that instead :-).
Also, note the pronunciation of the "r"s at the end of syllables. For instance, we hear "re-t&rn" instead of just "re-t&n"; they are pronounced, instead of being predominately dropped in British accents.
A glottal stop replaces most of the "t"s at the end of syllables. Though this is actually more common in British accents, the posh accent is far more well-known and akin to the Oxfordian.
"Knot" is something he says once in m2. Rather than giving the "o" an aw sound, as is ultimately common in British accents, it has more of an ah sound, which is more common in American accents.
