I say only this cos I havent played Myth III.
Tandem survived the Great War. If you look at the little city picture you can see Tandem is in one piece and everywhere else a ruin. Except Stoneheim Hmmm.

Though tandem fell to Shiver in the War against SB. Actually the everywhere west of the Cloudspine fell to Shiver and SB in that 9 or so months.
