: Soulblighter was killed. How many people could have
: possibly survived? Muirthemne is likely a city
: comprised almost entirely of males at that time, and
: everything from Strand to Tandem is in ruins.
We see a lot of women in the cutscene to "Redeption." That's most likely where the civilians of the West were escorted to, along with the rest of the armies: Muirthemne.
And GURPS says that the Mythworld is equal opportunity. For whatever reason, we just never see any female soldiers…though I hear Balin married a Uni and had a son by her: Jari.
