Perhaps, but it does say (I think) that Trow are the only children of Nyx somewhere in the M3 manual. Also, you would probably not call them consorts to the god who created you. Also, they would not be called "distant cousins" if they were fashioned by the same god. They would be called brother or sibling races. Lastly, the Trow were _molded_ by Nyx and thus never change and never will change. The Oghre are definately organic, evolving (demonstrated in either your of my theory of the Oghre/Maul relationship), bleeding, breeding and not being to stony ;)
IMHO they are caller the cousins of the trow only because they are a race older than humanity. Humans may view all humanoid races as distant cousins… I dunno.
