Obviously your average Myrk is not sentient... or at least not very bright. However, a fully grown myrkridia which has evaded predatin of its own kind for so long, will eventually grow into a myrk giant, who inherits magical powers. Now, only a few myrkridia ever reach this stage, however, when attained, these giants are almost immortal, able to melt themselves into shadows when they are almost at the point of being killed, they are also great tactitions, leading the younger myrkridiea who follow them like children into battle. Now, of cource they arent quite intelligent enough to lead an assault on the scale of what were talking about, you need the leveler for that, but do not say that all myrkidia are slobering fools, dont forget the giants.
