A few points on this: Mauls always seemed to be ogre to me but probably just ogre that broke off before they were captured and evolved into a new species (Like both Ogre and Maul have a common ansestor, but they evolved differently) or mb a better Idea would be that Ogres are a cross breed between Trow and Maul (EEW) because in the myth 1 manual (I think) it says the trow killed their distant COUSINS the ogre...
Also I want to point out that originally the mauls were ment to be ogre, as seen in the fear tags, also the Maul are a lot more detailed and higher pixil whatnot than other units, why? Because they were supposed to be BIGGER!
Anyone here remember that Myth 2 Trailor movie? It had pictures of one or two mauls going down through villages, but they were as big as houses! put the maul at 8x the size and you see what I mean.... If I can find the film ill post again, however I do think it is on a mac addict CD somewhere...
