Ghols have villages? I thought they just roamed about in nomadic clans, although I suppose Ghols might have some clusters of unfortified caves and burrows out in the wilderness.
One other thing you might consider trying could be a team od Dwarf tunnelers who've made a mine into a network of Ghol caverns with the intent of making a surprise attack on Myrgard/Stoneheim/wherever the Ghols may happen to be, or vice-versa for that matter. Perfect opportunity for ambushes, traps, close in tunnel fighting: take your pick!
