he is the 2nd or 3rd strongest sorceror in living memory, and when you consider the fact that Herons are several millenia old, that puts The Watcher at an even level, or just below, the might of Balor and Moagim. And those two are enchanted by The Leveller's possetion, making them that much stronger. Connacht and Tireces did not use magic I don't think. And then comes The Leveller, and they become ultra-magi only just above The Watcher. The only non Leveller to be anywhere as powerful as The Watcher was The Deceiver, who was helped by The Leveller. Oh, and his spells aren't powerful, they're really just kind of..... paralyzing.
