: Could be his friend Fenris is the Myth 2 narrator; if he
: *didn't* make it into the guard he may have fallen on
: hard times, and done things he regretted.
Nope; it speaks or *rejoining* the way of the sword (the Heron Guard), implying he was once a Heron before.
: Or the Baron was sent to bring the good guys to the
: sorceress.
THE Baron is dead. This is just some baron. Or maybe not even a Baron, but a similar unit using the same sprites.
: Hey Forrest, notice any similarities to our aborted
: madJman project? The protagonists are a renegade
: Journeyman and the warrior who protects him; the
: enemies are more natural and less supernatural than in
: the original Myth; changelings are important to the
: story; the fir'Bolg are led by a champion archer and
: carry poisoned arrows; there's a wolf whose power lies
: in dreams. Coinkidink?
I think so. Nobody got a whiff of our plot, and I suspect Badlands has much different ideas from my main plot arc in MadJman. Ours didn't have an antagonist; theirs is focused on (and named after) the antagonist. Our was before TFL, their is after Myth II. And we didn't have an enchanted wolf, did we? (Aside from your Werewolf Garrick hack).
That name Fenris sound awfull familiar. Where do I know it from?
