I haven't seen it yet, but it was already determined that these were, most likely, Trow ruins. The symbols on them are very Roman-looking, especially the eagle, hinting that they're Trow. Also, the Trow would sink into a marsh, they not having much to support them with those little elephant feet, much as an elephant would. So, they'd build a bridge, much as those collumns look to be a part of, which would span the marsh. As well, so their military forces could control places beyond the marsh well, the bridge would add much greater speed to the Trow movement, much in the same way a Roman road was much faster to use than just dirt.
