Plugged it into photoshop, upped the resolution to 300 from 72, and sharpened it, and here's what I got:

"Rod of the Callieach [level name]
July 21st, 1435 A.K., 5 miles north of Llancarfan
Quietly reach Moagim's Encampment and destroy the Rod of the Callieach with your Avatara."

Wonder what A.K. is..
