Major flaw to your theory: the Myrkridia most likely came from the West. The tomb of their first king was in Silvermines (perhaps that bat cave), according to the betas. And it makes sense; Alric came from the west. Connacht and Balor came from the east. Moagim/Tireces & the Krids came from the west. The Leveller/Hero before him probably came from the east. We know the hero of the Second Era rose in the east, and we are in the Seventh now. Trace the pattern backward: 7th-west, 6th-east, 5th-west, 4th-east, 3rd-west, 2nd-east, 1st-west. So the Krids came from the west. Thus, Connacht wouldn't want a base of operations in the west, because the west was a blackened wasteland by that time.
Secondly, the man called "Connacht" was long gone by the 20 years war; "Balor" was around subborning Myrmidons 150 years before that (see TFL manual).
And I'm sure I could shoot many more holes in your theory, if I could just make any sense out of it.
