I guess. But I think it is much harder to go around picking off trow hordes than it is smashing the deceiver. I think attacking all other fallen lord's trow armies could piss them all off, and that would not make Balor too happy (considering I think Soulblighter would win easy)
Silicon; I dont remember any trow in his horde in the missions. The only trow levels was Bagrada (the deceiver), forest heart (soulblighter) river of blood (balor) and the other 3rd to last level i forgot the name :) (balor). As far as I can tell, of the fallen lords you ever fought, the Watcher was the only one NOT to have Trow (you didnt fight Shiver directly. And she was destroyed BEFORE the trow came.) They were both trapped 1000 years after Moagim Reborn was destroyed and were only freed by Balor. Which would explain the 1000 year lull in conflict. And perhaps they were fighting before Connact came. The trow may have had too much pride to admit that they still had one to kill.
