How could the Myrkridia, talked of by both journal writers of the Great War, be "nameless for a thousand years" all of a sudden? They are creatures that have lived in the memory even of drunken pumpkin farmers for some thousand years or so. And what would possess someone to refer to the Myrkridia, who are by no means involved in magics or mystics as "something"? They are very real threats, like a bunch of Trow or a small horde of of thrall.
