In Soulblighter, the dates inside the Tain are very much real, and not "Unknown" like in The Fallen Lords. Since The Summoner is also described as have to have been inside the Tain for five months, it seems though the Tain is back to normal time once more. Maybe shattering the Tain did ruin some of it's attributes.

Resurrect does mean bringing back to life. Going back in time would not involve any resurrection, since you would simply be bringing back creatures that never had the chance to die. Not to mention that time travel seems not to exist in a true sense in the world of Myff...
