Not all of them. Soulblighter was. The Watcher was an ancient enemy of Connacht. The Deceiver was an avatara of the Wolf Age, after Connacht disappeared. We don't know anything about Shiver or the other Fallen's origins, though of Shiver is Bonesplitter then she was subborned by Balor 300 years before the Great War.
