I am not against war, or at least not in this case. War in general is a horrible thing, but it is the only thing that will knock some sense into the cruel people who did this. What I am worried about is a simple retaliatory strike (or not simple, you know what I mean) developing into something worse. I'm sure people are sick of hearing WWIII, but this is the kind of conflict that could develop into something worldwide. Especially if a nation other than Afghanistan involves itself.

Aye. This is the kind of thing that every free nation should be concerned with. We need to make an example of these people so that others don't do the same again.

I don't even care if they come before the court of law, unless they meet the death penalty. I know it isn't right to punish death with death, but in this case, someone needs to hang/fry.

I don't want to die. I'm a coward, and I'm not afraid to admit it. But if they threaten my family, or my friends, I won't hesitate to take up arms against them.

I agree. If countries sit out of the conflict, it makes them no better than those who did these horrible acts. Australia has already offered its help, and although I won't go and fight (even if they drag me), I'll do whatever else I can to help out.
