Actually, that first post I made was just to be an initial announcement (and if I hadn't posted it, someone else would have). I was going to write a follow-up post to it expressing my opinions and emmense sadness to follow the statistics of the event (just as one would define terms before debating them). However, I was drawn into a debate about I having the right to do so, and was therefore diverted in my initial task.

Perhaps you'll note that there are many American problems, both internal and external, as was mentioned earlier.
This is not just something minor either. No American city has been attacked by foreigners on ANY level like this in the history of the country. It's not an isolated insident. It could mean the liquidation and destruction of countless countries, if the most extreme wing of the possibilites unfolds (ww3).

You heard the last phrase a ten minute conversation I was having with some of my friends. One of them mentioned how totally strange it was for them to have climbed to the top of the towers, only to see them crumble before them. I expressed similar empathy, but I said that I regretted myself not climbing them. I probably could have, given the initiative, in the past, expecting they'd always be there. I was about to go into how it was only poignant for them to no longer be there, a good analogy how we must act when we should and do things when the time is right, not let an oportunity, a good day, a potential job, pass by without jumping at the chance. This was going to be an expression of a personal philosophy of life. You interrupted me, however, sending private message after private message.

You're terribly misinformed. We help more people in the world than anyone else, and do it willingly. This doesn't mean we are saints—certainly not—but it does show we have compassion and humanity, of which other more immuture nations do not.

I never posted it because it's an utterly depressing and hopeless topic. It never occured to me to talk about such a thing, though I certainly wouldn't use "that's not Myth!" as the basis for an argument to not have it posted here—certainly not.
And you are one to talk, posting about your conquests over Twice Born with no damage. I have no doubt in my mind you're skilled at the game, and I think you're probably a good player too. For the longest time, we thought we were safe in America, two oceans seperating us from any potential enemy, the most powerful military and econmy in the world, the most influential culture on the planet. We would never think that our borders could be so violated.
As one mentioned, if it can happen to America, it can happen anywhere.
