: AHA, here is why I'm angry. I don't understand why
: americans is so important! WHY? Noone matters about
: ppl of other(ex poor) countries and countries that
: need help. Why others great countries(like GB, Russia
: and Germany) don't help these poor ppl that need help,
: why they help USA, USA don't need help like these ppl.
: WHY? It seems that HUMANS are only americans and
: others ppl are animals, monsters,... Only americans
: need and receive help, and the other can die if they
: want.
I was going to stay away from this string, but this just calls for some kind of response.
First off. I am a citicin of the United States of America. I am part of the most free and open society has ever seen. Yes we have problems, both domesticly and internatinaly. Even so, I am proud of what I am and will let no one, absolutly no one make me ashamed of it.
I understand that many, many countrys have grievences againt us, and that many of those grievences are justifyed. However to make a statement that "all americans dont care what happens to other people, or countrys and so no one should help them find justice." not only shows a basic ignorence of world events over the last fifty years but also a contempt for life and the rule of law.
I know personaly of two guys from my high school who are stationed in Kosivo this vary moment. My Grandfather served in Italy in World War Two. My father was on a ship that pulled refugies out of Vietnam. Every Year the U.S sends thousans upon thousands of tons of food to different countrys around the world.
So do not presume to say that we do not care and therefor do not count.
And lastly, to anyone who thinks we will take this sitting down. We will take care of our own, and then take care of those who commited this horrable act. May God have mercy on their souls, because we will not.
