Just pointing out that the bandages are not evidence for their being female. They aren't necessarily evidence against, either. Personally, I think the Myrmidons were guys...as many have pointed out, their bone structure appears male. And their long hair and body paint just fits with them being standard Zerks.
Of course, we aren't actually told whether most Myth combat classes are gender-specific (except for Fetch and such.) Legionnaires and Zerks and Heron Guards and Myrms may all be occasionally or commonly female. And of course we know about the pre-release female Zerks who were removed for certain...reasons.
So it isn't all that important to my mind exactly how many Myrms were female as compared to other Zerks...but I see no reason not to think it was about the same proportion.
