WRONG! he did all those "kick ass" magics (with the exeption of the call down lightning which, as it only effects 1 unit at a time, isnt too effective against swarms of myrks) while his power was supplemented with that of the Levellers.
Face it guys, the Deciever is dead, he may have been a cool character but hes dead. Soon were going to have "Deciever Sightings" and "Deciever kidnapped by UFOs" theories.. sheesh, hes a powerful wizard but hes not invincible, he just got caught off guard be shiver's death spell.
