We figured out the problem. I understand him now, finally (at least that one post), so there's nothing more as far as I'm concerned, seeing as the new interpretation is non-conflicting, relatively.

No offense, but maybe you should just read all of the posts. You'll see everything from the start and understand about it. Perhaps you already have. In that case, I'm sorry you think my actions were childish, for I was only trying to defend what the Asylum stands for; however, I did that out of misinterpreting HGK.
Nevertheless, I agree with you. I would have preferred not to have gotten into this at all, in retrospect, but I definitely tried my best to respond to "you're a stupid asshole!" as adult as I possibly could.

Your spelling is fine. If you make a typo or two, I certainly don't care. Misspelling is a problem with me too, like others.
English is not his first language, by his own conviction some time ago. He doesn't understand the grammar yet, and it clearly shows. Most who've studied another language should be able to spot the characterstic errors.
A main problem with this is that he is insulting often in his posts, but that can usually be explained by his lack of ability to communicate properly. Then again, he had no problem with this responding to me…

It's not as if he's simply in a rush. He doesn't understand English grammar yet. You or I may be typing quickly, but we don't forget how the language works.
I understand you perfectly. You're clear. Lol, you know English, so there's no problem. Any minor mistakes can and should be overlooked. Besides mentioning it at one instance, I even overlooked HGK.

I have had extended experience with people who cannot write well, or correctly. I also know how many foreigners who don't know English well may speak or write in a strange way. This is what HGK does.
Besides that, he also doesn't understand us most of the time. He didn't understand a lot of what I said.
In any case, I always read his posts carefully. I could easily decipher them, which I did with one line, if needed or asked.

It seemed clear what he was saying. The problem was, he didn't say what he meant at all; hence this misunderstanding.

I have no desire to start an argument over minor things. If I am insulted, I still will not respond in kind; however, I may bring up, in a more subtle way, a vice about the person insulting me to get them to back down. That's the same as I did here. I would prefer it never coming to that, but sometimes it must.

Lord no! You're generally right, and your heart is in the right place. I'd be doing the same thing if there were a childish argument on the Asylum.
