Please do. I'm skeptical mainly because I do know that MJ said Bungie looked over their document and said "This game is great, we want to play it," and it seems possible that people are blurring this statement in their memories.
In principle, GURPS' Bungie review would still be more satisfactory since they looked over the nearly-finished product rather than an early concept document--but in practice they'd probably pay more attention to a Myth III doc than a GURPS one. So it'd balance out. :-)
