Exactly - they are called the Children of Bahl'al, so obviously he created them, whether or not it was with the Dream of Unlife.
And to settle this whole thing, let me remind you how f00ked Myth's story is. Originally, EVERY spell was called a dream. You never heard "spell" - they were all "dreams". By Myth II, however, more mundane magics had been introduced, and "dreams" became a name used only for the most powerful of spells, the Dreams of Wyrd.
