: ever. Personally I think that the Fallen Lords were
: more powerful than anything the Avatara could muster;
: their weaknesses lay simply in more human faults such
: as insanity, vanity, infighting, etc.
My opinion is that all fallen lords are also avatara but not all avatara are fallen lords.
Therefor Mazzarin counts as the mightiest of them all. The only way the Watcher won was with thousands of thrall.
