Well aware of that, that is why I wrote and/or, rather than just saying he created them. Although Shiver created Wights, it is feasible to believe that maybe Soulblighter discovered and exploited a useful and previously overlooked by-product.

I always like Deceiver, even when he was a Fallen Lord. He strikes me as an eccentric 'Merlin' style character. Very quick to change allegiances, wonder if Bungie actually wanted him dead?
