However, the Myth II manual--written after the war was over and all the popularly-known information had been gathered--indicates that the other Fallen Lords were dealt with after Balor's death. Certainly they were busy fighting the other Avatara during TFL in the campaigns we didn't see, but I don't think any of them died then.
