Well, we didn't actually see the deaths of The Lurker or the Voiceless One (if she's not Shiver) or the Faceless Man (if he exists and he's not Soulblighter). So I supppose any of them could have died in an open-ended or fakeable way, like the Deceiver.

The Trow agreed on February 1; Soulblighter died on April 27. So they had nine months to go. According to GURPS, they didn't do much of anything afterwards--GURPS' present takes place shortly after the pact has expired, and no one knows what action they'll take next.

That region is sometimes referred to as the Edge of All--for Mythworlders who believe that only the Known Lands truly exist (because they're all that Wyrd envisioned), that's where you leave reality.
According to GURPS, beyond Gower it's pretty much permanently Dark-dominated. Nothing over there anyone wants to know about.
