: No, I think that this artifact only for protect Deceiver
: from lighting. If he could discarge he could use this
: power in Tain.
Certainly, but he was clearly planning to confront Soulblighter once he'd finished up in the Tain. He wouldn't want to waste the stored power on Krids and the Summoner; he'd want to save it for the *really* tough guy he was about to face off with.
: I think that he had this spell. In game we can see that
: units only have one spell or attack to use, and it
: always the same spell. But they can use more!!! I am
: sure that Deceiver can use more spells(not only
: bibding dream and his attack that froze units), and he
: can use these spells without using artifacts.
Oh, without a doubt. Any mage down to a Fetch or Warlock must have at least a few more spells than what we see, and Archmages doubtless have scores. And it's certainly possible that The Deceiver's lightning-throwing is one of these spells. But since, as far as we've seen, he only did this shortly after being continuously zapped with lightning while carrying an artifact which protected him, it's *also* possible that the artifact absorbed the electricity and that he was able to discharge it at Damas. He didn't use it against Shiver, remember, even though it'd probably be a bit safer than having to walk right up to her and zap her. In fact, I *know* it'd be safer, because that's how he got killed (or at least appeared to). ;-)
