We're not sure about Shiver, but the Deciever seemed to have been twisted by Balor so he was light at that time. He started out as an Avatara, then became the wild card he currently is.

Shiver isn't a definate. They've been awfully vague abut her alliegance.

Aye, I'd suspect that he's where all those thrall are coming from. And considering that he himself is dark I'd suspect that he's with Moagim Reborn. His reign of terror probably ends with his imprisonment in the cloudspine.

Actually, if you look really closely about half of that armor is skin, it's just the same color. However I still think it looks odd. They did say howevert that there would be 'several types' of trow. So mb the sword ones will make an appearance.

Forest Giants stay in Forest Heart, Mauls stay in the untamed lands like they did in TFL (although I have heard that Mauls will actually be in the game… so who knows), fir'Bolg are enemies of the Bruig at this time and the bre'Unor stay in the Ermine.
