: NO, because HE ONLY SEE HOW ZERKS KILL HIM, and than
: other JW SAW HOW ALRIC WAS KILLING SB WITH BALMUNG,
: but he wasn't Alric, so he didn't know how dificult
: was kill him. Do you
: understand????????????????????????
: Balmung also WAS ONE OF THE MOST POWERFULL ARTIFACT in
: myth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So it is. But it clearly wasn't vital to kicking Soulblighter's ass, because when it broke Soulblighter still had half his health *and* his weapon and he *still* fled from an unarmed Alric. Breaking Balmung just gave Soulblighter a chance to get out of there before Alric finished the job.
Balmung's power lies in how great it is against large groups of enemies. One-on-one, it isn't that amazing.
: It took ten years, because he had great army. He had
: about 1.000.000-1.200.000 soldiers, and light army
: 200.000 soldiers.
Yes, but how did he *get* this enormous army? By being an incredibly powerful mage, that's how. Creating masses of minor undead as well as unusual types like Myrmidons; transporting Fetch from another dimension; reviving and releasing Dark archmages and Trow; twisting Light archmages to serve his will. Soulblighter couldn't manage anything like this. The Myrkridia were resurrected by the Summoner, not him; the Ghasts were created by human mages working for him. The best he could do was bring back Shiver in a less powerful form.
And where do you get 200,000 soldiers in the Light army? Almost the entire known continent was Light to begin with--Dwarves, Zerks, Cath Bruig, Gower, and the Province. That's *millions* of Light soldiers. Remember, Balor plowed through most of those before TFL even started.
: First you kill all(ok, not all, but most number) of his
: Fallen to go to his fortress. How could Alric kill
: Balor if there were all his army?
: First, think and than post!!!
Reread the journals a few times. You *didn't* kill most of the Fallen. Balor's personal army, half a million strong, were busy slaughtering the rest of the Legion while you confronted Balor. Meanwhile, The Deceiver and the other surviving Fallen Lords were overrunning the Province. The rest of the Dark forces were destroyed *after* Balor was killed.
: Now, you are stupid. OK, if this lighting bolt his his
: special ability(NOT OF HIS SWORD), we must see in myth
: III Connacht and he must have the same ability.
: Wait 4 or 5 month and we will see, WHO'S STUPID.
The Myth III archmages are a thousand years younger than they were in previous games. I wouldn't expect any of them to have the same special abilities. Especially not Connacht, who lacks whatever power and knowledge Balor draws from the Leveller deity.
