But the Wolf Age is the age just prior to TFL, because the Myth II narrator mentions in one of the Muirthemne levels that Muirthemne was sacked in the Wolf Age a century ago. So the Sword Age must have started, somewhat irrelevantly, sometime between Alric's birth and when the fir'Bolg became his ally.
