Is Shiver really the oldest fallen?

In Response To: The Leveller (Icehawk)

U stated that Shiver is the oldest of Fallen lords, but i don't think so.
1. Shiver was supposed to be with Connacht and therfore light when they fought Moagim.
2. the WATCHER on the other hand was WITH the Moagim there for he was the fallen even then. I think he is the oldest of todays fallen... sotosay

But maybe i think 2 much
