In Nine Description, Glossary, Myth II Manual says:
(Nine sorcerers of great power who opposed the Fallen Lords during the Great War. Among them were Rabican, Murgen, Maeldun, Cu Roi, and their leader Alric.)
So, Alric was leader of The Nine. Nine were commanders of the light army.
Alric was like Balor, he gave 50% or 60% of his army to Fallen Lords, and they must control one part of Myth world:
1- Watcher Covenant, Tyr, ....
2- Shiver must take Madrigal.
3- SB were in Forrest Heart(I think).
4- Deceiver was near Cloudspine.
5- Balor(their leader) was in his fortress, waiting when his Fallen destroy Light Army(bastard and coward).
I think that Alric gave orders to all Nine:
1- Maeldun and Rabican were guarding to passes:Seven Gates and Bagrada.
2- Murgen and Cu Roi were in Forrest Heart(I'm not sure).
3- Alric were defending Madrigal in 17th Year of the War.
Alric was their leader, he only says where they(Nine) must guard, but they fought in their own way, like Balor and his Fallen.
