I put many times here (MYTH community)the question about who was the best and more effective ,Balor or Soulblighter? I must admit that Balor gave me more respect.
Althgouht,Soulblighter managed to brink the deadliest Myrkridia and the Maul he was unable to earned respect.
Balor was a legend.
None could denied his orders.
Theses are some points that shows the above subject:
*Soulblighter loose 3 personal battles in MYTH2
The first was with the Deciever and the other 2 was from king Alric.
*Balor was trapped and could not even make a move,so we can't say that it was a "clear" fight.
*Balor had with his side the powerfull Trow.This was clearly shows the respect that everyone had for him.
*Soulblighter couldn't make the Trow allies cause his hadn't enought respect.
The most important clue was that Balor controlled the Fallen Lords!!!All of them obeyed him.Even,the mind control master,the Deciever was at his commands.
*Soulblighter could not do this!!! As you know he only had Shiver at his side and the best option that may had (the Deciever)turn to be one of his worstet enemies.
Now I'm not trying to show that Soulblighter was an amater or a crap.I believe his plan was better.Because he found the Summoner and of course the Myrkridia.He also had Mauls and human allies like the Baron Kilder ( allies without mind control).Sure his was the scariest of all,but he could not be compered with Balor.
I believe that the same comparison we'll make with MYTH III with Connacht and Damas.
