Yea there does seem to be no point for bungie to actually give an identity for the head unless upcourse they ment for the public to find out who it is in the game through narration,etc.We didn't find out who it is in myth 2 and it seems doubtful that we will in myth 3.Perhaps its nothing more then what its described as;a head animated by its own arcane magic.
