We know that Segoth's head is preserved and talks, but Forrest says that The Head that Truan dug up at Muirthemne wasn't him, and won't tell the rest of us who it actually is. Dammit. Apparently he was able to extract the knowledge from a Bungie employee at a convenient moment.
As to The Head being Moagim, I wouldn't have thought so, because both Moagim and Alric were A spirit entities, so therefore the A spirit currently resides within Alric, therefore meaning that Moagims body cannot contain the A spirit, and will therefore be inanimate (although Moagim's head would still have shown signs of life until the creation of Moagim Reborn, being a Leveller ["don't listen to anything it says."])
