Ok, lets start all over again.
I, and others here, are being hostile to you because you seem to be very hostile in general. The first thing I would recommend you do is calm down, try not to get frustrated, and just ask questions before you post big long theories. Einstein didn't glance over Netwon and then publish Special Relativity, even if the idea had come to him way back then. He had to study a whole lot of math and anylize the imperical evidence before he could speak anything about it. I didn't start out mapping the distant history and geography of Myth - I started off asking thinks like "Who was Moagim?" and "What were the Myrkridia?", and postulated that the two were somehow in cahoots because Moagim drove both of them from the Earth.
Second thing I would do is change your nick. It's hard taking to someone whose name is a common question and is full of non-letters.
Now, lets discuss your theory here.
Firstly, Mazzarin is not a Great Hero. We don't know the name of the Great Hero who defeated the first Moagim, but we do know of Mazzarin, so Mazzarin isn't him.
Next, Mazzarin was killed by The Watcher, who was not the Leveller. The Leveller wasn't reborn until Moagim Reborn, in Connacht's time. So Mazzarin was not killed by The Leveller.
Then, with Segoth; he is still alive, his head preserved so that it will always be alive and always retain its power of speech. So since he's not dead he can't be reincarnated, and Mazzarin isn't him. As far as the One Dream, all the Avatara want to unite the One Dream. It's like finding the Grand Unified Theory of physics, and the second coming of Jesus, all rolled into one. Everybody on the side of the Light wants to do it.
