I still think that the artists always intended things to be this way. There are both ingame and pre/post game pictures of the watcher, and he is always missing his right arm. Its strange how lots of people are willing to completely dismiss GURPS because of some mistakes, but say that the Watcher's arm was a mistake. I know its not always the same people on both sides, but if you accept mistakes with the arm, then you have to accept GURPS.

This is just illustrating a point, I'm really not trying to argue GURPS here, just that the Watcher may not be dead. And, in my opinion, isn't.
