: Heron Guard King
-- Heron Hi,
I still insist that Berserks are the strongest human infantry unit.I'm trying to be as much objective as I can.
I have no doubt that Heron Guard are much better that Warriors. They have better armour, they fight a lot better with great attacking moves, they carry mandrake routes and they have lot of experience.
It's right to be like royal guard for the protection of King Alric or the Emperor(Myth history).
The point that make the seperation between them and Berserks, is that Zerks, act in extremely situations when no one else can make a way throught.
*We saw them fighting trying to kill Ballor and finally cutting his head
*We saw them fighting on the snow, trying save the Deceiver, who was key point for King Alric.I beleive that King Alric sent the best troops he had.
*We saw a Berserk Hero (Truan)carring the Head in MYTH TFL Intro.
*When King Alric was captured, the Nine sent 5 heroes,2 of them were Berserks!!No 2 Fir'Bolg,no 2 Warriors,no 2 Dwarves
Their huge advantages are that their are extremely fast so they can escape from enemy chasing or lead the enemy in a trap.(I'm sure that all of us use Berserks to lead enemy units into an ambuse)
They are agreesive! And I mean it.The perfect unit(exept Trow and Forrest Giants) if you want to breakthrought enemy lines.
Their attacking hits are too fast and powerfull and leave no time to the enemy to act.
Don't think that I'm fan with Berserks. They are cool but I like most the common Warriors!!!
They fight always under too difficult situations(under Gjol, the last battle, etc) and usually the don't have many chances of surving, but they still hold the lines.
Thanks for talking.
Din.
