Assuming that you're right about the Light army being about 50,000 strong (probably accurate, assuming that a legion is the same size as a Roman one- 5,000 men - and we know that there were at least ten (from the X on the standard in "Shadow of the Mountain), and considering that there were only 100 Jmen at the start of the great war, 0.002% would be correct. However, I think the ratio was probably more like as follows:
59% Warriors (remember that what we see are elite forces, and so would contain relatively few of these "normal" troops.
15% Bowmen (archers trained by the Fir'bolg would have been a rare, as pointed out in GURPS)
6% Dwarves (the number of archers we get nomally is around 3 or 4 times the number of Dwarves, but there are Dwarven militia units too, not strictly "Legion"
20% Berserkers (I just felt your 14% estimate was a little conservative- they're elite, but not quite that elite)
0.002% Jmen/Herons (these guys are RARE! Although I still feel that only one in every 500 Legionairres being a Jman can't be right...)

The Dark armies tended to vary depending on the personal whims of the Fallen Lord commanding them, eg. Shiver favoured Myrkrydia. Overall, though, I'm inclined to agree with you here- although perhaps a few more Thrall and Soulless?
: Light Army was much smaller than Dark.
: I think that Light army was about 50.000 or 60.000, and
: Dark army 150.000 or 200.000.
: So, what do you think about this guys?
