Probably. I know the kill limit in Starcraft is 250 (after one occasion in which my Battlecruiser hero singlehandedly destroyed three enemy bases), although 127 does seem a rather odd limit. I'd have though it would be more likely to be a round number, probably a multiple of ten. Still... (shrugs)
