No, Connacht, and perhaps also The Deceiver helping, imprisoned The Watcher under the Cloudspine near the Sword Age town of Silvermines. He escaped, most likely during the late Wolf Age or early Sword Age, by cutting off his own left arm (and yet is always depicted in images with his left arm still attached…two left arms anyone? Must make a great arm-wrestling partner…). The Deceiver apparently always rivaled with him, most likely dating back to the events of Myth III, during the time of Connacht.
